Od 20. do 31. svibnja 2025. – šesto izdanje gourmet manifestacije u Funtani
Funtana u svibnju ponovno postaje mjesto susreta ljubitelja domaće kuhinje, mediteranskih okusa i istarske tradicije. Od 20. do 31. svibnja 2025., u sklopu šeste edicije manifestacije Funtanjanski gušti, posjetitelji će imati priliku uživati u posebno osmišljenim jelovnicima temeljenima na lokalnim i sezonskim namirnicama.
Turistička zajednica općine Funtana, u suradnji s vrijednim lokalnim ugostiteljima, s ponosom predstavlja ovo gourmet događanje koje svake godine spaja gastronomiju, tradiciju i uživanje u autentičnim okusima Funtane i šire istarske regije.
Tijekom dvanaest dana, čak sedam funtanjanskih restorana i konoba – Bare, Bokoon, Delfin, More, Histria, Tonia i Oscar – nudit će trodijelne menije po promotivnoj cijeni od 25 eura, koji uključuju predjelo, glavno jelo, desert i čašu domaćeg vina.
Na tanjurima vas očekuju maslinovo ulje, svježa riba, divlje šparoge, istarski pršut, domaća tjestenina, lokalni sirevi i vina – sve ono što čini srž istarske kuhinje i mediteranskog načina života.
Bez obzira volite li riblja ili mesna jela, svaki restoran pripremio je nešto posebno, a toplina domaćih konoba i restorana te gostoljubivost domaćina dodatno će obogatiti vaše gurmansko iskustvo.

Tastes of Funtana
The sixth edition of the gourmet event in Funtana will take place from 20 to 31 May 2025.
In May, Funtana will once again serve as a gathering spot for enthusiasts of local cuisine, Mediterranean flavors, and Istrian tradition. From 20 to 31 May 2025, during the sixth edition of the Tastes of Funtana event, visitors will have the chance to savour specially crafted menus featuring local and seasonal ingredients.
The Funtana Municipality Tourist Board, in collaboration with dedicated local caterers, is delighted to introduce this gourmet event that annually merges gastronomy, tradition, and the enjoyment of the genuine flavours of Funtana and the broader Istrian region.
During a span of twelve days, seven restaurants and taverns in Funtana – Bare, Bokoon, Delfin, More, Histria, Tonia, and Oscar – will present three-course menus at a special price of 25 euros. Each menu includes a starter, main course, dessert, and a glass of local wine.
Your plates will feature olive oil, fresh fish, wild asparagus, Istrian prosciutto, homemade pasta, local cheeses, and wines – all essential elements of Istrian cuisine and the Mediterranean lifestyle.
No matter your preference for fish or meat, every restaurant offers something unique, and the inviting atmosphere of local taverns and the graciousness of the hosts will enhance your culinary journey.
